How to Install Medusa on Kodi Leia Version 18
Step 1: Launch Kodi on your system > Click on Settings (a gear-shaped icon) at the top
Step 2: Go to File Manager (located on the top-right corner)
Step 3: Scroll down and double click Add Source
Step 4: You will see a box pop up, click where it says ‘None’
Step 5: Now type this URL http://medusa1.co.uk/medusa/ > Press OK
Step 6: Name the repository name as Medusa Repo > Press OK
Step 7: When the box closes, return to Kodi Home by pressing on ‘Backspace’ key
Step 8: Select Add-ons menu
Step 9: Click on the Box-icon placed at the top
Step 10: Tap on Install from Zip File
Step 11: A window will open where you need to click on Medusa Repo
Step 12: Now select repository.medusa-0.0.4.zip > It will take a few minutes to install the repo
Step 13: Choose Install from Repository
Step 14: Then click on Medusa from the list
Step 15: Go to Video Add-ons
Step 16: Select Medusa
Step 17: Press Install
Step 18: Once installed, go back to Kodi Home > Click Add-ons > Video Add-ons > Medusa

This error could occur due to many reasons. But its main reason being entering an incorrect Repository URL or it could be due to the poor internet connection.
Solution
To solve this problem, you need to double-check if you are typing the exact URL that I have pasted in the above-mentioned guidelines. Also, do check your internet connection once inserting this URL.
