CactusVPN speed test in India for 2023 – In-depth
As I said, In order to figure out whether CactusVPN can actually offer fast speed as it claims, I tested its performance using nine (9) of its servers located in different parts of the world with my 100 Mbps internet connection. Here are the test results:
1. USA
First, I tested the speeds of CactusVPN while connected to the US servers. When I got connected successfully, CactusVPN managed to offer a download speed of 60.15 Mbps and an upload speed of 66.19 Mbps with just 218 ms ping. Right from the start, CactusVPN is quite fast.
2. The Netherlands
Next, I connected to the Netherlands server in India. When I ran the test, CactusVPN managed to output a decent download speed of 51.13 Mbps and an upload speed of 56.74 Mbps with just 121 ms ping.
3. Switzerland
Next, I moved on to the Swiss server in India. Since the Netherlands and Switzerland are close by, I expected similar speeds. After running the test, CactusVPN managed to push out a download speed of 86.67 Mbps and an upload speed of 90.84 Mbps with just 146 ms ping.
4. Italy
After that, I decided to connect to the Italian server in India. When I ran the test, I managed to achieve a download speed of 63 Mbps and an upload speed of 66.21 Mbps with 114 ms ping. That’s mind-blowingly fast.
5. Hong Kong
Next, I wanted to see how CactusVPN would perform while connected to the Hong Kong server in India. When connected, it managed to output a download speed of 65.7 Mbps and an upload speed of 50.2 Mbps with just 232 ms ping.
6. Canada
After running the test while connected to the Canadian server, CactusVPN managed to offer a download speed of 63.19 Mbps and an upload speed of 64 Mbps with just 110 ms ping in India.
7. Singapore
After that, I decided to connect to an Asian server. Once I connected to the Singapore server of CactusVPN, I managed to get a download speed of 54.2 Mbps in India. As for the upload speed, this time I got 55.61 Mbps with my 100 Mbps connection and 136 ms ping.
8. Australia
Another long-distance server location I wanted to test out was Australia. Once I ran the test, CactusVPN managed to output a download speed of 61.4 Mbps and an upload speed of 59 Mbps with just 155 ms ping in India.
9. UK
Last but not least, I also ran a speed test while connected to the UK server of CactusVPN. This time I managed to get a download speed of 56.78 Mbps and an upload speed of 69.91 Mbps with 161 ms ping in India.
