Listen! If you’re here, you’re a Netflix junkie like me. Admit it. Stop with the denial. You find every possible reason to watch to celebrate by watching Netflix.

Every month you Google to find out which shows and movies are going to be released. But not everyone would want to go through hundreds of movies and shows.

But I’ve prepared my list for everything Netflix is bringing this May.

120 titles are hitting the streaming platform, so let me not waste time and begin with the most anticipated movies and shows this May 2019.

The Best of Netflix this May

1.      Orange is the New Black Season 7

The FAN-tastic series is, unfortunately, coming to an end with its last season; the show has highlighted important issues regarding racism and will conclude the series with season 7. Barb and Carol die in the previous season, which is a let down because both of them were pretty strong characters of the show.

The death of the main villains leaves fans wondering what’s left of the show and how it will proceed. What is fate brings to Alex is something I am curious about. Apart from that season, six looked more like a finale, let’s see what the show has in store for us in season 7.

2.      Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile

Many remember Ted Bundy as an extremely charming and charismatic individual who was well dressed and dreamy but also was a lady killer. Who else could be a better choice than Zac Efron to portray the role of a charming well dressed serial killer like Ted Bundy?

The story is told from Elizabeth Kloepfer point of view, Ted’s longtime girlfriend, played by Lily Collins. Watch as she carries on her relationship, unable to believe what her partner is accused of, that her normal looking family oriented husband is the killer of 30 women and girls between 1974 and 1978.

3.      The Society (Netflix Original)

Sci-fi lovers, finally something to satisfy your taste buds is arriving this May. In the society, the story is inspired by the lord of the flies, a movie that’s been made twice. Once in 1964 and the second time in 1990.

A group of teenagers is mysteriously transported to a mirror image of their town. The best part? This mirror image town is free from parents, but also there’s no way out! Freedom from parents is something all teenagers wish for but what do you do when there’s no way out?

Watch the extremely intriguing series as the teenagers try to figure out how they ended up in this mirror town in the first place? How to create a society of their own from scratch and how that results in cunning, scheming, and unscrupulous acts by the characters.

4.      What/If with Renée Zellweger

Renée Zellweger plays a drop dead gorgeous mastermind. The series is expected to be filled with mysteries as Renée makes an offer to a cash-strapped couple that they cannot refuse. A chance to have it all.

What does she want in return? She wants people doing things that are normally unacceptable and see the chain of reactions that goes on. This surely going to be something exceptional and creepy. Can’t wait!

5.      Friends with Benefits

You might remember Friends with Benefits  from a while back and its finally making its way to Netflix. Two friends decide to have sex without any so called “love “or “romance”.

Hence the term friends with benefits. In the beginning, the story goes as expected, and Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake enjoy this new found no strings attached kind of relationship.

However, as the story unfolds do they fall in love or go on their own different ways? Check out the movie as it drops this May.

How to Access Netflix Libraries in Different Countries?

It is unfortunate that Netflix doesn’t have a unified library around the world, as many shows and movies are not listed in every Netflix library.

This is mainly because of content licensing issue and content holders do not allow streaming of their show or movie in all parts of the world.

Having said that, the best titles are available in the US version of Netflix, but how can you access it? Thankfully you don’t have to buy a plane ticket and travel all the way to America. This where the role of a VPN service comes in.

A VPN allows you to fool websites about your physical location so you can access blocked content. Choosing a VPN for Netflix will enable you to access the American library once you connect to the American server.

Netflix Guides for Different Countries:

Wrapping up!

Hope this list is enough for the entire month of April and more. Which shows and movies are on your list? There is no possible way to watch each title that is listed, however, I will be watching more than the key shows that I have highlighted.

How will I do that? I watch Netflix on my phone at work under the table with my Bluetooth ear phones connected.

Which movies are you looking forward to? Let us know in the comments section below.
