Watch Game of Thrones Online in Singapore [Different Regions]
1. Germany
Game of Thrones fans worldwide can easily watch Game of Thrones online for free with various streaming options tailored to their regions. Notably, Max remains the primary platform for streaming all eight seasons. However, different countries provide unique alternatives.
For more information, I have discussed a detailed guide on how to watch Game of Thrones in Germany.
2. The UK
In the United Kingdom, I recommend Sky Atlantic or Now TV. Sky Atlantic offers a comprehensive package with many channels for £22/month ($28.79). On the other hand, Now TV provides a more affordable option at only £7.99/month ($10.45).
Other than Sky Atlantic, it features 75 different channels for your viewing. Learn how to watch Game of Thrones in the UK.
3. Australia
There are 3 ways in total to stream Game of Thrones in Australia. These are:
- Foxtel Now
- iTunes and Google Play
- HBO Now (There’s a catch)
HBO is now blocked in Australia, but I have experimented that you can subscribe to the service by using a reliable VPN like ExpressVPN. By doing that, enjoy streaming GoT season 8 from my guide above. If not, you can always try Foxtel as an alternative.
For more details on various streaming options, check out the best VPN services to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
4. Canada
Canada has tons of fans for Game of Thrones, and to their excitement, Crave TV officially announced last year that it has added GoT to its streaming service. Crave is the best way to watch Game of Thrones live in Canada for $9.99 for a basic plan and another $9.99 for a Crave add-on that streams new HBO shows.
Another way to stream GoT is with an HBO Now subscription, although the service is blocked in Canada. Learn all about how to watch Game of Thrones in Canada in my guide.
5. India
Game of Thrones viewers gradually increased to 10.7 million viewers in 2017 from 2.2 million users in 2012. Its viewership in India has risen proportionally as well.
People in India have limited options to watch Game of Thrones live online without cable. I should recommend that they use a Hotstar. It costs users ₹199/month or ₹999/year, which is a reasonable offer considering my options.
For more details, check out my blog for the best VPNs for Game of Thrones in India.
6. Italy
Game of Thrones is one of the top 10 favorite shows in Italy. Unfortunately, fans of GoT in Italy don’t have as many options for live streaming of the show as in other regions.
NowTV.it is the only official broadcaster with the rights to air Game of Thrones episodes in Italy. You can purchase this subscription for €9.99/month (USD 11.18/month).
7. France
As per Statista, Game of Thrones is France’s most in-demand television show as of May 2017. Luckily, compared to most other regions, France has an official channel where you can watch the show.
OCS is the official channel where the show is broadcast for the French audience. However, you can only subscribe to OCS through mobile or internet carriers. When you start watching Game of Thrones on OCS, you must live with overlaying subtitles.
There are many alternatives to watching the show other than on OCS, such as HBO NOW, Hulu, or Amazon.
Watch Game of Thrones Online in Singapore [Premium Streaming Options]
Premium options for streaming Game of Thrones are numerous, providing users with flexibility and choices in Singapore.
1. HBO Now

HBO Now is the official broadcaster and home of Game of Thrones. It is a go-to place for people living in the US. You can watch Game of Thrones season 8 as well as all the previous seasons.
It offers a 7-day free trial and costs $14.99/month for HBO Now subscription. It will stream every other HBO series alongside Game of Thrones season 8.

It is essential to know that HBO service is only available in the US. If you access outside the US, you will see this message appear.

Learn how to access HBO outside the US and put all your worries aside.
2. Crave

Crave is a streaming service that reserves the right to stream popular Movies & TV Shows from HBO, Showtime, & Starz. It means Game of Thrones is in its very first list of TV Shows to be aired on 14th April. You start with an essential Crave Account at Canadian $9.99 (US $7.46) + tax.

But this price is only for viewing HBO’s past seasons, as it says in the image above. To view Game of Thrones Season 8 live, you must add Crave add-on for an extra $9.99.

So, for at least $20 + Tax, you can access Crave Originals, New and Old HBO Shows, the latest Hollywood Movies, and 6 Live Channels. If you’re living outside Canada, you will first need a Canadian IP that you can get from ExpressVPN.
3. Foxtel Now

Foxtel Now Essentials Pack is the way to go and stream Game of Thrones online. At AUS $25, you also get 10-day free trial period in Singapore.

Foxtel is an Australian streaming platform, and all the prices on its website are in Australian dollars. This service is blocked outside of Australia. To subscribe to this service, you will need an Australian IP that you can get from NordVPN in Singapore.
4. DirecTV Now

DirecTV Now is a premium television streaming service that streams three different HBO channels and many others. Under its featured package, you get 40+ channels, including HBO, at $50/month. It has other premium channels for Movies & TV Shows.

You require no satellite dish, nor do you need an annual contract. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Amazon Prime

Game of Thrones Season 8 is now available on Amazon Prime, an annual Amazon membership with an HBO subscription. With that, you also get shipping services i.e. free 2-day shipping, same-day delivery, etc.
Amazon Prime subscription costs you $12.99 after a 30-day free trial. After subscribing to Prime, you can subscribe to HBO for $14.99 with a 7-day free trial and watch it on Prime.

Since HBO is unavailable outside the US, so with Amazon Prime you can access the streaming service at the same price, which is good. However, I would still recommend using Amazon Prime with a VPN in Singapore to stay secure on the internet.
To learn more about this service, visit my guide, Game of Thrones, on Amazon Prime in Singapore.
6. Hulu

HBO is now available on Hulu, but to do so, you must become a subscriber and add HBO to any Hulu plan. Hulu’s basic plan starts at $5.99/month, and then you can add an HBO addon at just $14.99/month. You also get a 30-day free trial for Hulu.

Once you have subscribed to Hulu’s basic plan and added HBO to your plan, you can watch Game of Thrones online without cable.
With that, you can also see Hulu Originals, Hit Movies, Kids Shows, and more. You will need a Hulu VPN if you reside outside the U.S., as Hulu is regionally geo-restricted.
7. iTunes/ Google Play

Game of Thrones season 8 will be available for binge-watching on Google Play and iTunes. The downside is that you only see it once the entire season ends. If you can wait that long, I would recommend this option.
On Google Play, you get the entire season 8 to binge-watch at $19.99, or you can watch each episode for $2.99. On iTunes, you get to stream season 8 along with all previous episodes of GoT at $159.99, which seems a bit expensive to me.

I would suggest this way of viewing Game of Thrones if only you could save yourself from spoilers on the internet in Singapore.
8. NowTV

NowTV is the cheapest way to watch Game of Thrones. It is a subscription-based internet television streaming GOT season 8 live from April 15th. It is only available for UK customers at £7.99/month ($10.54), but people outside the UK can access it with ExpressVPN.
Its entertainment pass is the one you should opt for.

This service is cheaper than the HBO subscription cost, which makes it a reasonable option.
9. SoHo

SoHo is a premium entertainment channel in New Zealand that also goes by a famous name Sky. To subscribe to SoHo, you will first need to get a Sky basic plan i.e. Sky Starter at $24.91/month, having 42 channels excluding HBO in Singapore.

Once you do that, you must get the SoHo channels add-on at $9.99/month. Under this channel, you get HBO, Showtime, and FX. This is more than what you had bargained for. In total, $35/month, you get tons of TV series, including the most important, Game of Thrones.
Starting on April 1st, 2019, Sky Starter prices will likely increase, so it’s the best time to subscribe. If you want to subscribe from abroad, get a VPN with New Zealand servers to have unrestricted access to SoHo and stream Game of Thrones, all seasons.
10. Sky Atlantic

Sky Atlantic is one of Sky Entertainment’s channels featuring a Game of Thrones live stream. This channel is under the Sky Entertainment Package, which costs £22/month ($28.79) for an 18-month plan and includes 75 channels.

The only let-down is the subscription is for 18 months. If you’re only buying this package to watch Game of Thrones, then I recommend that you don’t.
11. Hotstar

Hotstar is an India streaming platform Star Media owns that will feature GoT live online. The benefit of subscribing to Hotstar is its price. You stream Game of Thrones alongside many other channels at ₹999/year ($14.48) or ₹199/month ($2.88).

You can also subscribe for two months as long as GoT airs the final episode on 20th May at ₹398 per 2 months ($5.77). To learn more about this service, check out my guide on how to watch Hotstar in Singapore for free.
12. Microsoft Store

Game of Thrones season 8 episodes will be up for sale on the Microsoft Store after all the episodes are aired on HBO. Currently, Season 7 episodes are available on the Microsoft Store for viewing at $22.99 (HD) and $19.99 (SD).

If you can wait that long, this option could be very affordable.
13. PlayStation Store

PlayStation Store is another way to stream GoT after the entire season is released. It is almost the same price as the Microsoft Store, but the good thing is it is available in a bundle. Game of Thrones Season 1-3 is available at $50.99, and Season 4-6 is available at $50.99 again.
The entire 1-7 seasons are available at $159.9, the same price as in iTunes.

14. Fetch TV

Fetch TV is an alternative to buying DVDs, but you can watch it online with a Fetch TV account. This streaming service won’t show Game of Thrones live online, but you can buy it after the show ends.
The last season is available for $19.99, which is reasonable.

Nothing compares to when you watch GoT live with everyone else. But if there’s a budget issue, this offer is the best in Singapore.

Popcorn Time is similar to Netflix in an interface but is free. First, users must download Popcorn Time and run the app on their desktop, iOS, or Android.
Once you do that, you can livestream Game of Thrones on the same day it airs on HBO.

I recommend you get a Popcorn Time VPN in Singapore for safe and private streaming.
2. Kodi

Kodi is a free, open-source media player, which means you can use Kodi add-ons to stream free Movies & TV Shows, including Game of Thrones. First, you will need to download and install Kodi in Singapore on your device, and only then you will be able to add Kodi add-on.

Other than Game of Thrones, it has tons of other popular Movies & TV Shows available on-demand.
4. EZTV

EZTV is a torrent website with millions of Movies and TV Series, including Game of Thrones. Since it’s a torrent site, you can download Game of Thrones season 8 after an hour or two of its live streaming in Singapore.

5. 123Movies

123 Movies is a massive hub for Movies and TV Series, all free. It also features Game of Thrones as its popular TV Show for free streaming. Please search for the name of a TV show or the latest movie and stream it instantly.

6. Go Movies

Go Movie is a platform that streams movies and TV shows online. It will stream GoT as soon as its episodes are aired on HBO. Once you go to the TV Series category, you will see Game of Thrones Season 8 appears on your search results.
