Review Outside USA 2023 is a web hosting service but it also offers a VPN upon purchasing of its web hosting plan. is actually a web hosting provider that gives you a free VPN outside USA to use if you buy its Webhosting service. They don’t offer a separate VPN service.

It claims to be a complimentary VPN for secure and private browsing outside USA. That is true, but its speed isn’t fast enough and is also the most expensive VPN service. My Rating Criteria

Here you will find a list of factors that I will perform review:

  1. Pricing – How much does VPN cost?
  2. Security – Encryption & features
  3. Jurisdiction – Is it located in a 5-eyes country?
  4. Speed – How fast is VPN?
  5. Streaming – Does it work with Netflix?
  6. Leaks – Does it leak IP, DNS & WebRTC?
  7. Trustworthiness – Logs and customer support
  8. Compatibility – Apps and supported devices

Pricing – How much do VPN cost Outside USA?

The cost of outside USA is prohibitive. There are 5 pricing plans, and these are mentioned below:

These are the prices for Seedboxes web hosting, and the VPN comes free with it. This VPN is not for everyone. After all, people don’t go out and buy web hosting to get a free VPN.

Payment Options

It offers the following list of payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • Credit Card
  • Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ether, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Monero)

Refund Policy

New customers can avail of a 7 days refund. That said, they will charge you for the days you have used their service or the amount of bandwidth that you consume. The rest of it will be fully refunded.

To avail of the refund, you can either contact support at or by opening a ticket through their panel’s dashboard.

Security– Encryption & features Outside USA

Seedboxes’s VPN outside USA also uses Blowfish-CBC 1024-bit encryption along with OpenVPN for establishing secure private connections. Protocol-wise, you expect to see OpenVPN, L2TP over IPsec, and even SoftEther for secure network routing.

Another thing that caught my eye was the inclusion of the HTTP Proxy service. However, it’s worth noting that you can only use this service through their server in the Netherlands.

Jurisdiction – Is it located in a 5-eyes country?

There is no mention of the jurisdiction of the country is based. It could either fall under 5 eyes, 9 eyes, or 14 eyes country.

If it does fall under these countries, then your online privacy will be in danger.

It has only 8 servers in 7 countries. These servers are not too many, of course. If a company intends to charge a good price, then a user expects more benefits.

These servers are located in the Netherlands, UK, France, US, Canada, Singapore, and Germany.

Speed – How fast is VPN Outside USA?

I found it in my review outside USA that its speed is just about average. I tested this VPNs speed by connecting to their London server.

Before connecting to Seedboxes, my internet speed was 33 Mbps, but once I connected to this VPN, my speed went down to 10.32 Mbps.

Here is the test result:

Streaming – Does it work with Netflix Outside USA?

This VPN service does not boast of unblocking US Netflix outside USA. Even though I checked it for myself, and rightly so, it didn’t unblock Netflix.

Since Netflix banned VPNs, only a handful of service providers can unblock the streaming service. For that, a VPN must have multiple US servers to bypass restrictions.

If you want to download torrents securely through Seedboxes cc, you’ll have to use their Netherlands servers. All other server locations are banned for P2P traffic.

The service does not support Kodi streaming. Consequently, you will need to avail yourself best VPN country for Kodi to attain your mission in the end.

Leaks – Does it leak IP, DNS & WebRTC Outside USA?

Luckily, VPN outside USA easily passed the leak test. I was able to confirm this by testing this service for IP, DNS, and WebRTC. I connected to their London server. Here are the results:

IP Test

DNS Test

WebRTC Test

Trustworthiness – Logs and customer support Outside USA does store your usage and connection logs. According to their Privacy Policy, they collect the following information:

  • Name, Email, Mailing address, Phone number
  • Credit card & Billing address
  • Username & Password
  • Usage activity
  • IP address and browser type

These are the critical information that I found in review.

Not only that, but they also acknowledge that they will send your information to the government if they show them a subpoena. So, I wouldn’t recommend using this service.

Customer Support

Their customer support is beyond ridiculous. Let me tell you why. You can only contact their support team using Twitter and Ticket System. Even though I didn’t open any tickets, the site was still showing closed tickets that I never even opened in the first place.

What’s worse?

The ticket I actually opened didn’t even show up on the list.

They don’t even offer live chat support, which is really annoying.

Compatibility – Apps and supported devices Outside USA

It offers applications for both desktops (Windows & MAC) and mobile devices (Android, iOS).

While the applications worked just fine on my Windows computer and phone, I was again disappointed to see the lack of support for Linux and routers.

Alternatives to Outside USA

There are more than a few VPNs that have better features than outside USA. Check out their reviews below and compare yourself.

Do I recommend Outside USA?

No, I do not recommend VPN outside USA. isn’t originally a VPN service, but it is a hosting service that gives you a free VPN service in its plan outside USA. It means, if you want this VPN service, you will need to buy its web hosting, which costs a lot.

It is also by far the worst VPN I have ever used. They have average speed, they do keep logs, and don’t mention its jurisdiction. Their hosting might be good, but their VPN definitely isn’t. I hope you found my review outside USA helpful.
