Confirmed VPN is based in United States, which makes it a part of 5 eyes countries. Despite this fact, it does not log your data nor does it keep track of your IP address.
It has small amount of server count currently offering 12 servers in 10 countries and has an expensive price.
VPN service like PureVPN and Surfshark has a lot of servers and is available at affordable prices.
The server speed for Confirmed app VPN is just average and it doesn’t even unblocks US Netflix.

My Rating Criteria
These are the 8 factors that I will be using to perform Confirmed VPN review:
- Pricing – How much does Confirmed VPN cost?
- Security – Encryption & features
- Jurisdiction – Is it located in a 5-eyes country?
- Speed – How fast is Confirmed VPN?
- Streaming – Does it work with Netflix?
- Leaks – Does it leak IP, DNS & WebRTC?
- Trustworthiness – Logs and customer support
- Compatibility – Apps and supported devices
Pricing – How much does Confirmed VPN cost?
Confirmed VPN cost is too expensive. It has 3 pricing plans and these are listed below:
- $4.99/mo (Mobile users only 1 Month Plan)
- $9.99/mo (All Platforms 1 Month Plan)
- $8.33/mo (All Platforms 1 Year Plan) 15% OFF
The first plan is only for mobile users that doesn’t even put desktop device in to consideration. The only plan I am looking forward to, is Pro Yearly Plan and that is what’s expensive.
The service is non-refundable and that is why they have a free 7-days free trial. But the free trial is only activated once you enter credit card information.
Since it’s quite expensive, if you’re looking for alternative VPNs with discounts, we have some amazing deals on VPN for you.
Payment Methods
The only way you can make payments is through Credit Card and nothing else.
I hope that Confirmed VPN will provide anonymous payment options like Bitcoin and others to subscribers in coming years.
Security – Encryption & features
I Learnt in this Confirmed VPN review that it offers a strong 256-bit encryption. At present, they are only dealing in IPsec, SSH, HTTPS, and SSL/TLS protocols.
It doesn’t have an OpenVPN protocol which is a bit of a worry for me. HTTPS is a weak protocol encryption that is supported by Confirmed VPN.
Jurisdiction –Is it located in a 5-eyes country?
Confirmed VPN is based in the United States. It is a country that falls under 5 eyes intelligence sharing nation.
Jurisdiction of a VPN is critical to your online privacy. For instance, Conformed VPN operates from the US, then the authorities have the right to obtain users’ information.
To know your VPNs jurisdiction, read our 5 eyes, 9 eyes, and 14 eyes guide.
Servers
At present, Confirmed VPN has 12 servers worldwide and is available in 10 countries.
Here is the list of countries where Confirmed VPN is accessible:
Speed – How fast is Confirmed VPN?
In terms of speed, Confirmed VPN offers average connection speeds to their users.
I used 30 Mbps internet connection to perform Confirmed VPN speed tests and connected to it US server.
It revealed only 12.77 Mbps speed, which is quite average. Here is the test result:
Streaming –Does it work with Netflix?
While I performed Confirmed VPN review, I found that it previously unblocked Netflix, but currently it does not. Unblocking US Netflix requires a ton of US servers, but unfortunately Confirmed VPN has only a few.
When I tried to stream Avengers from outside of US and connected to their US server, it showed me the usual black screen:
However, you may anticipate issues while using Confirmed VPN with Kodi. Hence, you must know how to use a VPN on Kodi to secure your privacy.
Torrenting
To cut the long story short, you cannot perform torrenting tasks according to your own needs.
Sadly, I was unable to get any sort of information about P2P or torrenting.
That said, I expect they may provide the above feature to its users in future.
Leaks – Does it leak IP, DNS & WebRTC?
Confirmed VPN did not leak any IP or DNS. I tested for any kind of leaks using its US server.
Here are the test results:
IP Test
DNS Test
WebRTC Test
Trustworthiness – Logs and customer support
Conformed VPN does not store any kind of logs whether it be connection or usage logs.
Although, Confirmed VPN has a no-logging policy for its users. Still, it somehow collects data from website browsers.
It includes users’ personal information, which is used at the time of creating their accounts. They also record total amount of bandwidth used during the last month.
They also store Google Play or App Store receipt for validating subscribers’ accounts.
These information are not critical to users’ online privacy.
Transparency
Through this approach, Confirmed VPN has tried to become a transparent VPN service.
If you evaluate the requirements of an openly operated app, you will find so many hidden attributes.
In reality, it talks about open source code, audit logs, open infrastructure, read only account and other benefits.
As a result, Confirmed VPN has made their whole operation clear by applying these requirements.
Customer Support
There are two ways you can contact their customer support staff. These include Email and Twitter account.
It has a decent service and response time when reaching them on their Twitter handle.
Likewise, you may access their FAQs section to know the answers of VPN related questions.
Compatibility – Apps and supported devices
In this Confirmed VPN review, I found that it is compatible with all the leading platforms like Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. But, at the moment, it does not support other devices like routers, smart TVs and others.
I assume their users will be able to secure the above-described devices quite soon.

Do I Recommend Confirmed VPN?
No, I do not recommend using Confirmed VPN.
Even though Confirmed VPN does not keep logs, it has not-so-good server speed or the server count with only 12 servers.
Most importantly, it is based in the US. This means, it will share your information with US authorities if they come for your data.
It doesn’t unblock Netflix, nor does it supports torrent.
