I again contacted their support and initially they acknowledged that the problem was on their system – but they then attempted to lead me down that same time-wasting garden path rather than simply acknowledging the error was theirs and begging indulgence. I can no longer recommend Surfshark in any way. Definitely do NOT fall for their multi-year subscription ‘deal’. It’s no deal when they can’t respond reasonably and sensibly to tech support issues and prefer to just waste their client’s time and effort.
