UK Blocks Putlocker After High Court’s Order

United Kingdom: After a High Court order countless on-demand entertainment sites and services have been brought down including video streaming giant Putlocker. The order was taken into consideration after the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) sued the sites for breaching copyrights of their members. ISPs including Virgin Media and Sky are now required to block the sites and restrict their subscribers from accessing them.
