In a major banking security breach, Via Credit Union (ViaCU) has exposed sensitive financial data of over 60,000 customers, putting them at risk of identity theft and fraud. The breach, detected between January 18 and January 20, allowed hackers to steal Social Security numbers, financial account details, addresses, and birth dates.
