EarthVPN speeds are very poor in South Korea. We connected to its UK server which claims on its website that these are super fast servers, but unfortunately not for us.
We used a base internet connection of 100 Mbps and once we connected to EarthVPN, the download speed dropped to 11.31 Mbps and provided an upload speed of 4.20 Mbps, which is far too slow.

Only the best service providers are able to unlock major streaming sites due to extreme restrictions put on by the streaming service. If unblocking Netflix was your first choice, you need to get either ExpressVPN or Surfshark.
