- 📱 Make sure your VPN’s leak protection is enabled to hide your real IP address.
- 🍪 Clear browser cookies and cache to prevent conflicts.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot by switching servers, using another browser, or contacting customer’s support.

Which VPNs Should You Avoid Using with BlueStacks?
Choosing a premium VPN service is highly recommended when trying to unblock BlueStacks. Not all VPNs are reliable; certain ones should be avoided due to security issues. Some of the VPNs that I don’t recommend using are:
Hola VPN: HolaVPN lacks sufficient security measures, especially regarding streaming, so I do not recommend it as a BlueStacks VPN. There might be significant lag and frequent connection drops. This can cause serious issues regarding your online security, and your anonymity can be put at risk every single time this happens.
Hoxx VPN: Even though it goes by the moniker VPN,” Hoxx VPN is more accurately described as a proxy than a VPN. When you connect to a proxy server, your online presence is exposed to various dangers because proxies do not utilize encryption. These dangers can include hackers gaining access to your personal information and using it to scam you.
HideMyAss: I tried using HideMyAss VPN to access BlueStacks, but I soon realized it wasn’t the best option due to its subpar encryption standards. If you choose to connect through this VPN, you must prepare for buffered streaming and the lack of security features to ensure your online presence is never threatened.

I find myself having a lot of issues with the Youtube app as a result. I always wanted to download a video for the video I want but it doesn’t support video: I don’t know why I have problems but I would pay for a service like Vimeo which supports video upload. If I get any videos that have some video I need it then I don’t want Youtube to support it. I can’t buy a license and the app would take me through a bunch of hoops to get what I want to download and just make the video a couple more times. I think it’s a fair trade-off and probably an absolute minus if they could offer this to some people to download the videos but I’m not sure of the market share of a large number of developers that would buy it. So I just use the snap tube for the reason that it really runs smoothly with my Bluestacks app.
Hey Cristina,
Hmmm, I’ve never had any trouble running the Youtube app with my Bluestacks 4 app. But yeah, downloading videos can be a pain though. Thanks for sharing Snap Tube. I would love to check it out.
Cheers!
