Lately, more than 30 celebrities were victimized by the iCloud hack. The hacker not only invaded the privacy of our beloved celebrities but leaked their private images over the Internet – knowing that Internet is nothing less than a vicious beast.
The reason behind the hack is still unknown and so is the trace of the culpable. Nevertheless, many presume that the act was carried out just for money. As the word started to spread and celebrities’ private pictures went viral – it was an unstoppable frenzy or The Fappening, known to the Reddit users.
It has been believed that current incident is linked with previous digital mayhem when Scarlett Johansson’s private images were leaked. Not only this, the list of victims goes on:
Victoria Justice, Bar Rafaeli, Abby Elliott, Amber Heard, Candice Swanepoel, Kate Upton, Kate Bosworth, Jenny McCarthy, McKayla Maroney, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kayley Cuoco, Keke Palmer, Mary Kate Olsen, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Kirsten Dunst, Krysten Ritter, Lea Michele, Wynona Ryder Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, Alison Brie and more are the victims so far of this digital chaos.
Yet, Jennifer Lawrence steals the show as her private images are currently trending – and a hot topic for discussion over the Internet.
Where many celebrities agitated against the leak or claimed the pictures being fake and photo-shop garbage, there haven’t been a single official statement acknowledged from J-Law.
To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves.

Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked. — Mary E. Winstead (@M_E_Winstead) August 31, 2014
These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*

Her fan following though strongly condemns the incident and share sheer hatred for the one responsible for the incident. Haters gonna hate… Keep rocking J-Law!
4chan is currently considered the hub of all the happenings as the snaps began to circulate via prescribed platform. It is considered that both, previous and recent hack, are executed by the same guy. The hacker has somehow kept his anonymity intact; though, he is currently known as The Original Guy.
For now, there’s no valid trace of the culprit who pulled off this gig. An ongoing FBI investigation about the incident reveals the possibility of a suspect though. A 27-year-old software engineer from Georgia became the prime suspect for the hack because of him trying to capitalize the incident and score Bitcoin donations.
