City, December 12, 2024 – Arctic Wolf has announced its partnership with Immersive Labs by joining the Cyber Million program, which aims to create one million entry-level cybersecurity operations jobs over the next decade.
The Cyber Million program, launched in June 2023, focuses on a modern approach to recruitment, emphasizing real-world skills and aptitude rather than traditional qualifications like education and certification. This initiative is designed to tackle the growing cybersecurity talent deficit.
As a new partner, Arctic Wolf has made entry-level cybersecurity positions available on the Immersive Labs platform. Individuals aged 16 and older can register for the program, engaging in hands-on exercises and labs that align with the skills required for open roles, including those offered by Arctic Wolf.
Arctic Wolf provides security services to over 6,000 customers globally through its Arctic Wolf Platform, which processes more than 5.5 trillion security events each week using advanced AI algorithms. The platform’s open-XDR architecture and Concierge Delivery Model significantly reduce alert noise, transforming thousands of daily alerts into an average of one actionable ticket per day for customers.
Mark Manglicmot, senior vice president of Security Services at Arctic Wolf, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are excited to join the Immersive Labs Cyber Million program to reduce barriers to entry for cybersecurity job seekers and uncover hidden talent through skills-first hiring.” He emphasized the program’s potential to help Arctic Wolf discover passionate candidates who can contribute to the company’s mission of mitigating cyber risk.

Arctic Wolf’s involvement in the Cyber Million program adds to a growing list of partners, including Accenture and BT, as Immersive Labs continues to seek additional employment partners to expand this initiative.
