Riyadh, January 16, 2025 – Invixium, a global leader in biometric access control and workforce management, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at advancing the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program in Saudi Arabia. The MoU was formalized during a ceremony attended by Shiraz Kapadia, CEO & President of Invixium, and Abdullah Alghamdi, Senior Vice President of Safety and Industrial Security at Aramco.

The IKTVA program is designed to drive long-term economic growth and localization initiatives within the Kingdom, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.

“Saudi Arabia is our largest market thanks to strategic customers like Saudi Aramco,” stated Shiraz Kapadia. He emphasized the company’s commitment to establishing a local presence by setting up an office and a production/assembly facility in the Kingdom, which will enable Invixium to manufacture biometric solutions locally, create job opportunities, and foster innovation in biometric engineering.

The IKTVA program aims to create a fair environment for suppliers through transparent processes and partnerships while conducting regular quality assessments. The MoU highlights Invixium’s role as a pioneering provider of face recognition access control solutions in Saudi Arabia and strengthens its collaboration with Aramco. This partnership underscores their mutual commitment to advancing localization efforts, fostering innovation, and contributing to workforce development in the region.

The collaboration between Invixium and Aramco marks a significant step towards enhancing biometric technology and local manufacturing capabilities in Saudi Arabia, supporting the Kingdom’s broader economic goals.
